There are people out there who have managed to stop the addictive habit of smoking. 2. Ensuring a healthy diet is maintained: By practicing a healthy diet, the body system is bent more towards this side than concentrating on the quitting.
3. Avoid compromising situations: There are those situations that one can find himself in which will lead straight back to square one. Avoid such situations.
4. Use an e-cigarette: start by using an e-cigarette if the craving is too much. It helps to ease the process.
